Return Policy

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory with shpping label

showing the issue clearly (damage, defect, or wrong item received).

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
Returns Not Accepted For
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products without a complete unboxing video.

Opened, used, or tampered personal safety and property safety products.

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or tampering by the customer.

Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or labels.

Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:

Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Customers may request a return only if the product qualifies under our Return Policy.
